Rafael Santana-Davila, MD

Rafael Santana-Davila, MD, is a board-certified medical oncologist at Swedish Cancer Institute in Seattle, where he focuses on thoracic malignancies and novel therapeutics, including phase 1 drug development. He earned his medical degree in Mexico City, completed his internal medicine residency at the University of Minnesota, and completed his fellowship at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota. He remains active in academic medicine and clinical trial development in lung cancer, and has built tools to help himself and colleagues keep up with the pace of literature and conference updates in the field.
