Biography
Dr. Jessica Allen is a Hematology/Oncology Fellow at the Huntsman Cancer Institute, University of Utah. Her primary research focus is the real-world use of bispecific antibody therapy in indolent lymphomas, with particular attention to outcomes in older patients with relapsed/refractory follicular lymphoma. This work includes a multicenter retrospective study of bispecific antibody outcomes outside of clinical trials, presented as a rapid oral abstract at the 2026 American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO) Annual Meeting and as an abstract at the 2026 European Hematology Association (EHA) Annual Meeting. She also has a strong interest in supportive care and quality of life in oncology, reflected in a co-authored review on bone health management in breast cancer survivors for JCO Oncology Practice; quality improvement initiatives to increase bone density screening in patients with gynecologic malignancies and to expand baseline DPYD testing prior to fluoropyrimidine chemotherapy; and prior work on financial toxicity, quality of life, and medication adherence in chronic lymphocytic leukemia. She has also studied predictors of response to targeted therapy in large B-cell lymphoma. Dr. Allen has authored peer-reviewed publications in journals including Clinical Cancer Research, JCO Oncology Practice, and Clinical Lymphoma, Myeloma and Leukemia, and is a recipient of the Conquer Cancer Abstract Award and the ASH Abstract Achievement Award.
