Biography
Andrew J. Portuguese, MD is an Assistant Professor in the BMT/IMTX Program at the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center and University of Washington School of Medicine. His work is grounded in three key goals: (1) improving patient care through quality improvement initiatives; (2) contributing to the medical community through teaching and scholarship; and (3) advancing scientific knowledge through clinical and translational research. He is passionate about improving the care of patients with multiple myeloma and other hematologic malignancies.
